An energy efficient washing machine can save money on electricity bills and, if there's a meter, water bills too! Washing machines use an energy label scale of A to G. Investing in an A-rated washing machine over a D-rated one will save money and CO2 emissions over its lifespan.

We recommend continuing to use current appliances until they reach the end of their lifespan before considering a replacement.
